Unmixed materials are carried in compartmented bins and tanks. On arrival at a job site, the driver-operator adjusts the materials proportioning and heat controls in accordance with mix and design calibration charts to produce the mix specified for the job. Production and delivery can be stopped when sufficient material has been delivered to complete the patching job.
